Hridaya Lessons

Sūtras: Hridaya (Apocrypha, Teachings of the Heart, Esoteric and Hermetic Lessons) transmitted by the Himalayan Rishis for the use of all pilgrims on the mystical Path of Yoga and Tantra encompass the fundamentals of the spiritual, esoteric, and hermetic knowledge of the Great Sages of the East and West.

However, they are designed to touch upon what is most important and essential for self-work and inner transformation on the Eternal Path of Spiritual Development, known as the Path of Light or the Great Heavenly Way.
