8. Meditation – Art of Living, Health and Progress!


A man needs the philosophy of life, needs to find the sense of living, not a stiff dogma of thoughtless character, that’s why, in the field of internal knowledge everything should be explained with the purpose of leading people to deepening Understanding and Comprehending. Meditation influences positively the human brain and nervous system and neutralises all the anger, fear or dread, and that is the basis for effective functioning of a human in the contemporary world. A lot of research has been done on the positive influence of meditation on human life and health. So, if somebody advises others against meditation practices then he must have a very malicious and socially deleterious character. The most well-known titles of world press have already overcome the criminal prohibitions of the inquisition and speak loudly about the advantages and usefulness of spiritual and esoteric meditation in almost every field of human life. Meditation in its is reasonably called the Art of Living. It should be particularly introduced to children, youth and students at school; this at lest, because it improves concentration, strengthens memory and builds immunity against addictions. Moreover, it improves intelligence, purifies, liberates from stress and simultaneously causes the feeling of contentment and happiness.

Meditating people, according to all scientific research, both ancient and contemporary, are much calmer and happier in life than people who don’t meditate at all. Developed intelligence puts meditating people among the real cultural-scientific avant-garde of the world. Well, Isaac Newton, Leonardo da Vinci or Albert Einstein also with devotion committed their time to meditation, and then real scientific progress was possible; the scientific revolution of the contemporary world. People who meditate are less susceptible to nervousness, anxiety or shock. They easily bear the life's storms, crises and frustration. The most recommended meditation practices are techniques of counting deep breaths that supplies the organism with oxygen, improves and concentrate the work of mind. Also, the meditation practice of visualisation of light counteracts and prevents all kinds of depression. Depression therapy with the help of meditation is much more efficient and cheaper than using any kinds of medicines. This has been confirmed by constantly repeated scientific research, even among different cultures.

Meditation produces positive feelings such as mercy, kindness and tranquility. This doesn’t suit western people, whose Christian civilization of death is generally deprived of the skill of meditation or even a normal reflection, which is destructive for its character. An hour a day meditation decreases normal susceptibility to diseases about 80-90%, or even more if you become more skilful. So, generally, it could decrease the susceptibility to diseases and the costs of health services in the whole world. People who meditate rarely have accidents and avoid unhappy events. This is because simple self-observation, watchfulness and consideration serve as protection to a human’s life. A healthy vegetarian diet and sobriety will have a similarly miraculous effect! Everyone who comes to learn the art of meditation in a professional way, preferably from oriental sources, will only benefit from it, although nobody is totally free from worries and misfortune. Optimism is awoken by meditation exercises, even very simple ones such as daily relaxation with counting breaths. This enables healing even the most serious diseases. For example, it increases the chance of healing in even the last stages of cancer. Millions who have been healed are the living examples of this process. In ancient times everyone dedicated at least one day a week for ordering his emotions, purifying, clarifying, calming his mind and solving his problems. This is even more necessary for contemporary people of the West, made despondent by stress, the rush of life, frustration, alcohol, drugs and sick pseudo-religious dogmas.

Every progressive country in the world is already introducing meditation programs of work on personality development to schools or universities and, undoubtedly, it is a sign of the progress and civilisation development of the century! In the future people who don’t meditate at all will be perceived as a harmful, socially pathological individuality, and expose the country to health and public costs.

Four bricks that build DNA were described in antiquity as four parts or elements, which build every living, biological cell, and every man because of his meditation work can easily learn how to regenerate and revive his body. He can't prevent it from disease, counteract the results of an intensive lifestyle and relax appropriately. Any education system should take into account the program of Yoga and Meditation for teenagers instead of useless lessons on pseudo-religious dogmas, which because of mass genocide and inquisition times was not and is not a moral authority for any normal and psychically healthy person. What’s more, this is a man who often has to liberate himself from repressions, dogmas and the coercion of inquisition in previous generations. He must liberate and purify himself to be able to fully become a man and develop appropriately.

Strong generation memory in the subconscious remains through 3-4 fallowing generations, and a weaker memory trough 7 – 10 generations. So for the changing nutrition and mental mistakes of ancestors, you need a lot of work and efforts, but only simple calming down and relaxation in the state of meditation facilitates making any internal changes. History remembers great people, like Count Cagliostro, who was bestially tortured by the Catholic inquisition for his scientific discoveries in the field of chemistry, physics, medicine and biology. He was murdered in the Vatican citadel and torture-room in San Lo, Italy. We, the people, don’t ever forget the prophets of real progress, eminent people in the field of faith and science. We never forget the outstanding people devoted to the truth, like Count Cagliostro who are real Divine Saints for us, unlike the popes, who murdered them. The art of meditation, although it is totally scientific, precise knowledge about it gave results. It was always considered as the Divine Cosmic knowledge, because there are ancient records about contacts of people with different civilisations from the Universe and higher dimensions of being. And both sorts of existence, one way or another, come from the Heavens, if we look from our point of view from the Earth. Especially children, youth and teenagers should be well taught in the art of meditation, to see how creatively and effectively they solve their problems, and above all, to know how to discover the sense and purpose of their individual lives and how to find their best place in society.

People meditating longer are, in fact, totally resistant to all harmful addictions and don’t submit to any psycho-physical ones, so meditation for children and teenagers is a basic source for all therapy and personality development. The brain forms until a man is about 30th year of life, when a man reaches full personal maturity. This fact should be used by promoting all that is best, like meditation and vegetarianism among the people who are in their youth and maintain them selfs in a state Brahmacarya period – the best period for intensive internal development! Instead of complaining about children and teens, teach them at least the simplest kinds of meditation, relaxation, calming down and focusing. So the new generation, well formed, sober and creative could stick to truth, not the false and harmful dogmas of some degenerated sects of inquisition origin. All you have to remember is the charity of meditation in every aspect of human life and creativeness. This charity, which brought benefits to the best and most eminent people like: Socrates, Avicenna, Lao Tzy, Newton, Einstein, Bohr, Mendeleyev, Gandhi, Luther, King, Pythagoras, Ovid, Tolstoy, Vivekananda, Bodhidharma, Jesus, Buddha, Zaratusthra, Henoch, Rosa Luxemburg, Galileo, Böhme, Shakespeare and millions of others!

Rest intensively, relax during deeper and deeper intensive meditations, and you will have more benefits and success in all aspects of life. Without the art of meditation it’s impossible to cure about half of all diseases, from which humanity suffers, because the healing usually depends on a vegetarian diet, drinking clear pure water, relaxation, focusing and producing positive thoughts and feelings. It all makes for proper Meditation! Be good, you people, healthy and creative, fill the world with peace. Meditative people, such as Hercules, Arjuna, Gandhi and King Artur always were and still are the symbol of the truth, progress, heroism, brotherhood and humanity.
