Ancients have paid great attention to the six centers in human body and seventh one above the head, over the top of the head, and among these seven particularly popular in use of spiritual practices are the center in abdomen below the navel, inside breast under the breastbone and inside the head above the eyebrows line! Abdomen, heart and third eye center are probably the most often moved Chakras in all groups and rounds of internal development, psychotronics or in mysterious, deep moves of religious spiritual, psychical and physical  rebirth. Cundalini in other words is the power or energy of Matrix, Divine Mother, Goodies or the wife of the God of Heaven, also called the fire of Earth. Second Lotus has six petals, and the WAM syllable inside. To develop and purify it, and it’s element is already mentioned water, and the sense is taste. Third Lotus, located between the navel and breastbone, at he height of the stomach and solar plexus is the center of ten petals symbolizing five Iama rules and five Niiamah rules, the commandments and moral forces, it’s syllable for intoning in vibrating way is RAM, it’s the Lotus of Fire, sense of sight and the rule of seeing. Fourth Lotus is colloquially heart center or the center of soul’s song, it has twelve petals referring to zodiac signs, which are real months of solar year, and it’s element is wind, sense of touch (feeling), and JAM sound. Important symbol of heart center is 6-rayed Star known to Christian and Jewish mystics as David’s Star

Fifths Lotus is located round neck’s basis at the top of the trunk as the Wreath (Dala). It is enlivened and developed by strong vibrating Ham syllable, and it’s element is ether, spirit, space, in Sanskrit – Akasa. Chakra of Third Eye, appropriate Ajna (Ajnia) as seminal, source syllable, because of which it can purify, grow and develop OM syllable, and it sound like merged sounds of A, U and M in only one vibration like humming A letter (in Polish). Picture of Chakra, or actually the Lotus of two petals is mainly recommended for beginners, and it’s the location point of Sixth Sense, of Love and Wisdom or rather Devotion and Wisdom. Everyone who really wants to develop Third Eye must work for years with vibrating OM syllable with the voice along Sushumna till the head, because other methods like vibrating with voice there are none. Development of seventh center above the head we start with vibrating AIM sound, and that’s the center of Divine Will pictured as a Lotus of Thousands petals. But for this you need more experienced Guru!
